My wife and I have been married for 14 years and we have two adult children, a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law. We are close in age and were close friends for many years. As one of the oldest funeral homes in the world, Nelson’s has been around since 1882. It was designed around the idea of providing a dignified and safe way for grieving families to have a burial. I was surprised that this funeral home was able to get away with not actually having a coffin for at least one of the family members.
This is where the idea of the nelson house comes in. Each nelson is an individual who has passed away, and the nelson house is a place of rest for them. All the nelson houses contain a coffin with their owner’s body, and the nelson house is where the family goes to have their funeral. If you’re thinking about visiting any nelson house to have your own funeral, I can tell you that you will be disappointed.
