When we’re in the mood and our brain is in the act, we tend to stick on the lights—on our lights—while we’re at work or play, or sleep, or work the phone, or do the laundry or go out to eat or sleep.

We are usually aware of our actions, but we are not aware of how they make us feel, how we are feeling, or how we would like to feel.
